Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
